SIOPSA – Conference 2019 BLOG post series

The 2019 SIOPSA conference will look at engaging in the 4th Industrial Revolution- the IOP way. The role of IOP’s, or simply put work psychologists, is to understand human behaviour and optimising such in and around the workplace. The conference will, therefore, host the conversation on how changes and new expectations associated with the 4th IR relate to behavioural impacts and or shifts required.
This series will position key topics and introduce a few concepts and questions. Let us start the conversation as we build up toward July 2019 as we share some ideas for programme contributions and topics.
Contributions toward the blog posts should introduce a relevant topic, present a few positioning comments and pose questions for further consideration. Direction to relevant content and research are also welcomed and contributions can be sent to cleo@siopsa.org.za.
