It has been said and written countless times that Gratitude is medicine to a person’s well-being. I can personally agree, after trying this thing they call gratitude. I take my vitamins every morning. When I am sick, I also have to take other medicine. I have found that part of my vitamin cabinet is a gratitude list in the evening. This is my soul medicine.

On the 11th of March 2020 the World Health Organisation officially declared the spread of Coronavirus a ‘Pandemic’.
