FOUR-DAY WEEK SA PILOT
A 4-Day Week pilot program that will begin in early 2023 offers forward-thinking businesses the chance to participate as South Africa’s first. A coordinated, six-month trial of the four-day workweek is available to South African businesses, with no pay loss. Along with similar pilot programs being run in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States, the trial will be conducted in Europe. For South African businesses, the fit is a natural one given their shared time zone and language. In collaboration with scientists at Boston College, 4 Day Week Global is directing the pilot. The knowledge, equipment, and resources required to conduct a successful trial will be unrivalled accessible to participating companies.
