Trial Procedures and Trials (Online Version)
Aim and Objective
The aim of the workshop is to equip all the role-players – Judges, magistrates, attorneys, lawyers, prosecutors, expert witnesses, and lay witnesses involved in successful litigation or defence of a dispute, with all pre-trial procedures that need to be jointly agreed upon, so that only the differences need to be adjudicated
The TRIAL is the culmination of intense preparation collating all the facts relevant to the case. The TRIAL is the forum where the matter in dispute needs to be illuminated by two opposing sides. Each side being convinced that they have the facts to get justice for the client vis. Plaintiff or Defence.
The professions that are involved in the trial are very diverse, each specialising in their niche of expertise, coordinating the diversity required to be skilfully blended into a unit that will result in the “Truth” to prevail and the “lie” to be exposed, within the milieu of full disclosure of all the facts.
